Assam Green Tea
he province of Assam produces mostly black (oxidized) teas. There are few green teas available.The procesing of Assam green teas is simillar to Japanese green teas. The tea is fired in the ovens rather than over fire.
Ceylon Green tea
It is known by the old name of the island of Sri Lanka
There are many varieties of green tea produced in Sri Lanka’s
tea estates. From full leaf to gunpowder ( rolled up leaf).
Bancha,
the most common tea in Japan. large tea leaves are picked for this tea. It is manufactured using ans automated process in picking, steming and drying. Bancha is an excellent and natural tea with pleasant aroma and sweet taste.
